Chart Legened problem

I have a chart -pie which shows data from 5 fields(each field is a slice in
the pie).
When one of them is null or 0 there won't be a slice for this field,but this
fiels is shown in the legened of the chart,can it be disapeared?You could remove this e.g. by adding a filter on the chart or on chart
groups.
